Music x Media is seeking for volunteers to help us arrange this year’s event in Tampere.
With this form you can register as a volunteer for Music x Media 2023 event.
Music x Media is Finland’s largest industry event for all creative businesses. The event will be organized 4.-7.10.2023 at Tampere-talo (Tampere Hall).
We will collect your contact information, volunteer task wishes, availability for the other tasks before, during and after the event, t-shirt size and other needed information with this form. Please fill in the form carefully. We will try to take the task wishes into account, but we cannot guarantee the tasks to be according to the wishes.
Instructions of the tasks, detailed information about the event and schedule, and shifts will be sent to each volunteer during September.
Ideally every volunteer shifts would be on 2 days and during those days volunteers can follow the seminar program (matching with volunteer tasks) and can participate on Lost In Music -showcase festival gigs during those days. If a person is volunteering during 3 days, the volunteer can participate to the seminar & Lost In Music for free for one day.
The volunteers need to be able to organize their own accommodation during the event.
