Fresh! by Music x Media is free for everyone, but participating needs enrolling for the event.

Registration to Fresh! by Music x Media

Participation in the event is free, but due to the limited capacity of the event venues, advance registration is required.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration.

What is Fresh?

Fresh! by Music x Media is directed to 16-29 year olds, who are interested in the music
industry or are currently studying the field.

Purpose of the event is to offer opportunities to bond with other future professionals and
experts currently working in the music field. At the same time we want to inspire youth and enable routes to new employment opportunities.

The themes of the event include making music, being an artist, content creation, working for the record labels or in the live industry.

What is Music x Media?

Music x Media is an event directed to professionals in the music and entertainment industries as well as the event sector. Music x Media,
is held 24.-26.9.2025. Vuonna 2025 36:tta kertaa järjestettävä Music x Media
brings together over 1,000 creative industry professionals in Tampere every year.

Fresh! by Music x Media will continue with the same themes but aimed at
young future professionals

Arriving

Entrance to Fresh! by Music x Media is through the main doors of Tampere Hall on the Yliopistonkatu side. The event area and information desk are located on the 2nd floor of Tampere Hall, with the Tiketti Room on the 3rd floor. There will be signs in the lobby directing you to the information desk, and event staff will also be available to assist if needed. 

Participation in Fresh! by Music x Media at Tampere Hall requires registration, and all registrations will be checked at the event's information desk. The information desk is located on the 2nd floor of Tampere Hall, in the event area lobby. Please make sure to check in at the information desk upon arrival!

Program and timetable

The event program includes interesting keynotes and discussions, workshops and meeting

Accessibility

Accessibility related to movement has been taken into consideration at the event. Tampere Hall offers accessible routes between floors and seminar rooms. Ramps and automatically opening doors have been installed at the entrances. Hallways and doorways are wide, and there are tactile indicators at the end of stair rails to mark the last step. Tampere Hall also provides accessible and unisex restrooms. In addition, the staff at Tampere Hall is trained to guide and assist customers with mobility and sensory impairments. 

You can participate Fresh! with an assistant.

Fresh! by Music x Media is committed to preventing discrimination, harassment, bullying, and violence in all its forms. Fresh! by Music x Media pledges to adhere to the principles of a safer space. The safer space guidelines apply to all parties participating in the event, including the audience, volunteers, speakers, performers, employees, and partners.

By registering for and participating in the event, you accept the event's values, the safer space principles in place, and commit to following them throughout the event. 

Safer space principles:

  • Please respect others' personal space and autonomy. You cannot know someone's boundaries without asking: do not touch others without their permission, and feel free to ask for space when needed. 
  • Please speak to and about others with respect.
  • Refrain from making assumptions based on appearance or behavior, such as about sexuality, gender, ethnicity, values, or health.
  • Make space for others. Be mindful of everyone’s opportunity to participate in the conversation with their own opinions. Respect others' boundaries regarding privacy, and handle sensitive topics with care. 
  • Listen and learn. We can all discover new interests and perspectives from one another. Be open to finding something new. 
  • Apologize if you have offended others, whether intentionally or unintentionally.
  • Intervene. We encourage you to contact the equality and harassment contact person, security staff, or other personnel if you notice behavior that contradicts our values and principles.
