The most important networking event of the year for the music, entertainment, and events industry is approaching! This September at Music x Media, there will be plenty of opportunities to connect with both familiar faces and new contacts, as well as industry professionals.
Here you can find all registered attendees who have given permission for their names to be published. Using a password, you can also view the contact details of those participants who have approved the sharing of their information. The password will be sent by email to those registered for Music x Media.
We would also like to offer Music x Media delegates the opportunity to use the Eventee networking app at the 2025 event. You can download the Eventee app to your phone now and get to know other people who have registered for the event and downloaded the app in advance. Closer to the event, the Eventee app will also display the event schedule and program information.
If you have already registered for Music x Media 2025, you can now use the platform to network with other registered delegates.
Those who have registered for the Music x Media event can log in to the Eventee app as follows:
- If you selected during registration that your email address may be shared with the party managing the application, you will automatically receive an invitation to join the platform via email. The email will contain instructions on how to log in and download the application (the platform works best as a mobile app).
- If you did not give permission to share your email address when registering but still want to join the app, you can find a QR code in our upcoming newsletters that allows you to access the event app (sent only to registered participants). So if you haven’t bought your ticket for the event yet, do it soon! Remember to give your consent on the form to share your email address with the application provider, so you will automatically receive a login link to your email.
The app allows you to message other Music x Media participants who are using the app (Social wall). For example, you can tell them where your organization can be found, share your recommendations for the program, or send photo greetings! You can also get to know other Music x Media visitors (Networking) and get business matches. When you both want to network through the app, you can send each other messages and arrange meetings. Your meetings will be listed in the ”My agenda” section.
Later, you will also find program and speaker information in the app, and you can discuss the program at the event on site – more information on this later!
