Getting there

The three-day Music x Media will be held at Tampere Hall from 24th to 26th September. 

Tampere Hall is located in the city center of Tampere. You can read more about car, train, and bus connections here.

Collecting your pass before entering the event
Tickets for Music x Media will be exchanged for event passes in the entrance lobby. The pickup must be done in person and requires a valid ID. When collecting passes for students, retirees, or unemployed individuals, appropriate documentation proving eligibility for discounts must be presented.

Seminars will be held on the second and third floors of the venue. Please follow the signs on-site. The staff will be available to assist you if needed.

Important Information for Seminar Attendees
The seminar rooms have limited capacity, so it's advisable to arrive well in advance of the program's start time to ensure your spot. Access to the seminar rooms requires showing both your pass and wristband.

Most of the seminars listed in the schedule are open to all pass holders, and you may enter or leave during the sessions.

Event Accessibility
Tampere Hall offers accessible routes between the floors and seminar rooms. The building is equipped with ramp thresholds and automatically opening exterior doors. The hallways and doorways are wide, and the end of the stair railings is marked by a sign at the last step.

Tampere Hall staff is trained to provide guidance and assistance to customers with mobility and sensory impairments.
