In the morning, there will be career coaching sessions tailored for music content creators, such as music creators, producers, artists, and band members. You are welcome to come with any questions related to developing your career path and consult with mentors from the Rytmi-instituutti. 

Rytmi-instituutti is a pop music expert organization whose mission is to promote vibrant and creative music culture in Finland. It engages in education, research, publishing, and information activities related to pop music and maintains both domestic and international relationships in the field.
