How can an organization strive to include diverse people in its work community? What are the benefits of a diverse work community? What does diversity mean in the context of the event industry? Where are we now and what are we heading towards? These and other questions will be explored in a discussion organized by the Event Industry at Music x Media.
The program will feature talks from Sanna Reko, Service Manager at Tiketti Oy, an organization that takes an ambitious approach to equality, and Annu Kemppainen, Executive Director of the Helsinki Pride Community, who is also doing pioneering work in this area. After the presentations, we will move to small group discussions and then to a joint discussion on how we as an event industry can collectively address this work and topic.
