The nominees for the 2024 Industry Awards gala have now been announced! Anyone was able to nominate individuals, companies, or actions through an open form from May 8 to August 9, 2024. Based on these nominations, panels of professionals have compiled the candidates for each category. In their selections, the panels have primarily emphasized the nominees' expertise and success in their work, but diversity in terms of background, positions, and geography has also been a focus.
These same panels will also provide their opinions on the winners. This year, the winners will be chosen based on a 50/50 split between public voting and the panels' decisions. The period under review (comparison period) is August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024.
Participants who have registered for or purchased tickets to Music x Media can now vote for their favorite nominees in all categories. Ticket buyers will receive a voting link via email. New registrants will be sent the voting link approximately every 1-3 business days.
