Music x Media

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers for the Music x Media event, September 30–October 2, 2026!

As a volunteer, you’ll become part of the event team and have a great opportunity to learn about event organization, gain new experiences, and make valuable connections.

No prior experience is required—we’ll train everyone for their roles during the event. All tasks are carried out in teams under the guidance of a team leader. 

The volunteer shifts will take place from September 30 to October 2, 2026. As a general rule, each volunteer will work two shifts. Setup and a seminar day, or a seminar day and teardown. Shifts last approximately 6 hours and are generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Applications are open until August 26 or until all spots are filled. We will notify each applicant personally of the assignments. Please note, that all volunteers must be of legal age.
