Ricole is a seasoned music industry professional with a decade of experience and a genuine passion for pairing the right music with the creative.

Currently at King Lear, she oversees bespoke composition and catalogue management across advertising, acting as the bridge between creative vision and musical execution. In her role, Ricole drives opportunities for a network of composers within the advertising space, and she’s particularly committed to opening those doors for emerging composers.

Before joining King Lear in 2024, Ricole spent eight years at Universal Music, starting out on a licensing apprenticeship scheme before moving into the sync department. During that time, she worked across all media, licensing music to everyone from Netflix and the BBC to EA, as well as delivering creative solutions, pitching, and bespoke composition work.
