Thomas Cottrell is a Senior Music Supervisor working across advertising, television and film. With a background on the rights holder side, Thomas began his career collaborating closely with leading artists and composers in the bespoke space, before moving into music supervision.

Alongside his work in supervision, Thomas is an established DJ who has been performing for over a decade. Having played across clubs, festivals and venues around the globe, this experience continues to inform his instinctive, music-first approach and deep understanding of audience connection.

He has delivered music for award-winning campaigns and projects for global brands including Bacardi, Malibu, Amazon, eBay, Dove and Tesco, working closely with agencies, brands and production companies to craft impactful, story-led soundtracks.

Thomas’ recent film credits include The Disciple, which premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2026, alongside music clearance work for blockbuster films such as Barbie and Heads of State. He brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to every project, with a strong focus on creative music selection and a deep-dig approach to discovering the right track for every story.
