Sanni Pöntinen
Sanni Pöntinen is a doctoral researcher in administrative sciences and a researcher at GPT-Lab at Tampere University. Her research examines leadership, decision-making, and the role of moral intentions in public administration, with a particular focus on altruism and the role of artificial intelligence in decision-making. She has studied, among other things, how AI agents representing different ethical perspectives influence the problem-solving of public-sector leaders and development professionals. Her broader research interests include the impact of artificial intelligence on organizations, work, agency, public administration, and society.
