Project manager, Freet2030
Anna Anttila leads the Freet2030 project at Teme ry, which develops fairer models for doing and doing freelance work. One of the new ideas is a digital, low-threshold freelance consultancy.
Docent Anttila is a cultural researcher and has worked for various clients throughout his career. She specializes in marginal groups and welfare and equality research. The field of music is related to, for example, the research she published in the Cultural Policy Research Institute Cupore (A girl plays like a man!), which deals with issues of equality and well-being at work.
Anttila is interested in information – how and from whom it is obtained and how it is transmitted. In addition to the development of research methods, she has been a member of JSN, the Public Speech Council, and has been the vice-chairman of a research ethics committee.
