Among the many areas of possibility and concern around the technology, perhaps one of the most widely discussed has been the threat posed by “deepfakes”: synthetic audio, images, and video generated with artificial intelligence.
In the near future, we will consume increasingly information directly our senses without links to text or time to reflect our experiences. There will be no mobile phones or laptops to reduce our movements, but glasses and sensors directly connected our skin and body.
In additional, we will understand our environment more via audios and visual combination by produce memes and symbols.
The more we spread the digital data from our daily life, the more we open the doors to deep fake.
Deepfakes are often strikingly realistic and sometimes challenging to distinguish from the genuine article. Artificial intelligence has been used to produce deepfakes depicting prominent artists, pop stars, influencers and political figures from Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin saying a variety of things they never in fact said.
