Teuvo Merkkiniemi is the CEO, manager, and musician at Pertin Valinta. With over twenty years of experience in the cultural and music sectors, he has managed various artists, including the punk band Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät, Kalle Salonen, MC KOO, and many other outsider artists. Teuvo is also an experienced leader and solution-oriented coach. At Pertin Valinta, he wears many hats, promoting equal employment opportunities for outsider artists in the creative fields and producing music events for the Outsider Art Festival while overseeing the organization's management and program production.
